Corporate Tax Manager

in a truly international setting
You advise on Dutch and cross border taxes for business related questions and on tax aspects related to structuring, financing instruments, withholding taxes and M&A. The corporate structure under the Netherlands consists of some 60 countries, so you need to build international relationships with colleagues worldwide and work closely together with finance and treasury and outside tax counsel. You are member of a worldwide tax team, of which three members are based in Hilversum.
Profile
- 7-10 years of work experience
- gained as tax advisor and/or inhouse tax manager
- thorough knowledge of broad corporate income tax, Dutch qualified tax professional
- experience in a cross border setting
- outgoing personality, good at building relationships
